This is a really beautiful reference 590 Patek Philippe Calatrava in 18k yellow gold with fancy ‘tear drop’ lugs. Introduced in 1938, the 590 was made for ten years and this example in from the first series with the calibre 10-105 movemet and dates to the 1940s.

The hial features the correct early signature and has a small seconds in the lower half. The dial has a vertical brushed finish and applied Arabic hours at the even numbers. Despite its modest proportions, this watch has a cool presence on the wrist that we know you’ll love.
