There is something timeless and elegant about a vintage Datejust in yellow gold. This reference 1601 has a strong case and houses a white dial. The case has thick lugs and the fluted bezel has softened gently over the fifty-plus years.

The dial has interesting so-called doorstop hour markers at six and nine and crisp black text. The watch comes on the pictured Bulang and Sons leather strap and has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
